**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Part-Time Keyholder at our Movado Company Store located in a premium outlet setting. As a key member of the store management team, you will drive sales, open and close the store, and assist staff in achieving sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales and achieve personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop a complete knowledge of our merchandise.
  • Capture all customer relationship management (CRM) data in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Establish rapport with customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines and maintain a neat and clean working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business.
