Job Summary:
FutureRecruit is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provides speech therapy services to patients under established guidelines.
Conducts screenings of patients to determine need for intervention/treatment, as requested by the client location or service provider.
Evaluates patients to obtain necessary data for treatment planning and implementation, and communicates findings to clients, patients, family, and team members.
Develops treatment plans by identifying patient needs, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
Coordinates treatment plans with patients, family, and team members, and implements and conducts treatment outlined in the plan.
Monitors patient response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
Current state licensure or license eligible
