Job Description

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in California.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a 138-bed hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • ARRT-N (Nuclear Medicine Technology) certification
  • CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) certification
  • VENIPUNCTURE certification
  • State License-Radiology Technologist-California
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Work Environment

This is a travel assignment with a 16-week duration, working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospital environment.
