Job Summary

The Bartender will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that every drink and food item is delivered with precision and care. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take and enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to precise recipes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink delivery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license
  • 21+ years of age
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Strong beer and spirits knowledge
  • Proper lifting techniques
  • Guest relations
  • Sanitation and safety
  • Safe alcohol service
  • Full service restaurant operations
Working Conditions:

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, exposed to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke. The role requires the ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include the ability to walk long periods, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. The Bartender must also be able to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and repeat the same movements for long periods.
