About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Human-Centric Security (HCS) Specialist to join our team and work closely with Lev Lesokhin - EVP Technology & Analytics at OutThink. As a core foundational team member, you'll play a crucial role in evangelizing our market-leading product to prominent enterprise organizations across the world.

Responsibilities
  • Educational Initiatives: Spearhead webinars, Q&As, and rich dialogue discussions on human-centric security and cyber human risk management amongst the community we serve.
  • Consultative Solutions Design: Present tangible value to customers by embedding human-centric security into their organizations to manage their cybersecurity posture.
  • Thought Leadership and Product Feedback Loop: Represent OutThink to potential customers, maintaining an active feedback loop through dialogue with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Cyber HRM Forum Support: Contribute to the Cyber Human Risk Management Forum (CHRM) by developing the CHRM Framework and hosting roundtable discussions.
  • Scaling Operations: Support company leadership in building pragmatic internal processes to support growth.

Requirements:

  • A great attitude, with a sense of urgency, risk, and uncertainty about the future.
  • Over 15+ years of experience in human-centric security thought leadership.
  • Relevant experience constantly exceeding goals and targets in the cybersecurity awareness space.
  • A strong educational foundation, ideally holding an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, communications, or relevant cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in diverse, cross-functional, and distributed teams.
