Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide leadership and oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to address issues related to staffing, patient flow, and other operational concerns.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and direction to hospital departments in the absence of unit management
* Address patient care issues, staffing, patient flow, and other operational concerns
* Direct the operations of Lourdes Medical Center in the absence of department directors and administration
* Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service to patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

* BSN Degree preferred or demonstrated progress toward obtaining a degree
* Minimum three (3) years of hospital Emergency Department experience required
* Registration and a current RN license in Washington State are required
* Current AHA BLS required
* Must have/obtain a current ACLS within three (3) months of the hire date
* Bilingual and English-Spanish speaking preferred
* Ability to work with a culturally diverse population
