Job Description:

This SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement effective treatment plans, assess patients' needs, and educate caregivers to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' cognition, language, and swallowing functions.
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide educational support to patients and caregivers to promote understanding and compliance.
  • Accurately document patient information and treatment progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A valid MA SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) license.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as an SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and holidays.
