Baxter Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and provide leadership within the nursing team.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through the model of Shared Governance.
- Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required. BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred.
- BLS required. ACLS and PALS are required within one (1) year of employment.
- Other: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.
