Lead Radiologic Technologist in CT Imaging

Qualifications:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification
- Valid Radiologic Technology Certification from the State of Florida
- ARRT certification in CT, MRI, and/or Cardiovascular imaging is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Preferred experience of 1-3 years in a relevant field
- Supervisory experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves assisting in the planning, organization, staffing, and evaluation of all Radiology operations.
You will lead your designated areas of responsibility while adhering to the regulations set forth by State and Federal agencies.
You will share the responsibility for the development, interpretation, application, and execution of departmental policies, budgetary considerations, and strategic initiatives.
Achieving departmental and organizational goals, along with identifying improvement opportunities, will be essential by delivering high-quality diagnostic services.
You will oversee compliance with Federal, State, and JCAHO regulations, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, staff licensing, and competency assessments.
Additionally, you will assist radiologists with report generation as required and manage staff scheduling in accordance with departmental procedures.
