Director of Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nursing professional to join our team as Director of Nursing at Perfect Hands Home Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the success of our nursing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to provide exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
