This role involves working closely with residents, attending recreational activities, and using company vehicles. As a Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible for administering medications, providing personal care, and inspiring clients to become self-sufficient.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Medication management
  • Personal care assistance
  • Client support and advocacy

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong communication skills, ethics, and professional conduct. A valid driver's license and prior experience in direct care are essential requirements.
