As a Diesel Technician at Penske, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are well-maintained and safe for operation. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet of vehicles, utilizing the latest technology and tools available in the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience. A valid driver's license is also required. Additionally, excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential for this position.

Physical Requirements: The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg. The associate must be able to see and hear in order to safely navigate the work environment. Given the frequent movement of large trucks through the workplace, the associate must be able to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
