Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement front desk duties, including patient check-in, scheduling, and billing.
  • Act as a liaison between providers, customers, vendors, and outside agencies, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Adhere to hospital standards of performance, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Coordinator and Market Director to develop and implement strategies for improving clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school education required.
  • Significant working knowledge of computers, telephones, copy and fax machines.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and medical terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
