The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and staff. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and implement front desk duties, including patient check-in, scheduling, and billing.
- Act as a liaison between providers, customers, vendors, and outside agencies, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Adhere to hospital standards of performance, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Coordinator and Market Director to develop and implement strategies for improving clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school education required.
- Significant working knowledge of computers, telephones, copy and fax machines.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and medical terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
