Superior Rent to Own is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service.
• Generate sales leads through telephone and field marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute plans to increase sales and profits, maintaining a high level of store performance.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained and keep coworkers informed of promotions and products.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Punctual attendance and a valid state driver's license.
• High School degree or equivalent and computer literacy with Windows operating systems.
