Job Summary

TLC Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an ICU - Intensive Care Unit setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those requiring hemodynamic stabilization and ventilator support.
  • Participate in code and emergent situations, responding promptly and effectively as a team member.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in patient and family education, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU - Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
