Automotive Store Director

As an Automotive Store Manager at Jiffy Lube, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations to ensure compliance with quality standards. This includes building relationships with guests, providing world-class customer service, and accurately capturing product needs. You will also provide leadership to the J-Team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Build relationships with Jiffy Lube Guests and provide world-class customer service.
- Accurately capture guests' product needs and provide updates throughout the process.
- Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
