Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cabinetry Woodworker who possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for woodworking. In this role, you will be tasked with producing high-quality custom cabinetry that meets specific design requirements. Your expertise in woodworking techniques will be essential in delivering aesthetically pleasing and functional cabinetry solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to accurately assess project needs.
  • Utilize woodworking tools and equipment to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials.
  • Install cabinetry and woodwork in various settings, ensuring optimal fit and functionality.
  • Engage with the Cabinetry Team Lead and colleagues to discuss project specifics and provide insights.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies.
  • Demonstrate experience in constructing face frame, inset, and European-style cabinets.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a cabinetry woodworker or in a related woodworking role.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in operating woodworking machinery, including saws, drills, sanders, and routers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with strong time management abilities.
  • Physical capability to handle and transport heavy materials and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn new techniques.
  • Prior experience in custom cabinetry and furniture crafting.
  • Knowledge of various wood types, finishes, and their characteristics.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, with overtime as necessary.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.
