Housekeeping Porter

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and team-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our team at Forestplace Apartment Homes. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our 192-unit apartment community.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned areas of the property, including common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds.
- Follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals.
- Read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
- Adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, state and federal laws, and fair housing laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
- Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties.
- Motivated and efficient individual with excellent communication skills.
