Job Overview

Gray Capital LLC is in search of a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Positive Attitude: A willingness to assist residents and colleagues is essential.
  • Task Management: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks based on guidance from supervisors.
  • Workload Awareness: Understanding of daily work expectations and capabilities.
  • Technical and General Maintenance Skills: Capability to perform technical repairs as well as general upkeep, including daily inspections of outdoor areas.
  • Emergency Response: Availability to address urgent situations, including snow removal, outside of regular hours as needed.
  • Team Communication: Effective communication with team members regarding ongoing tasks and any challenges encountered.
  • Willingness to Learn: Openness to seek assistance and participate in training opportunities.

We provide necessary equipment including uniforms, safety footwear, tools, and comprehensive training. Your success is determined by your work ethic, teamwork, positive demeanor, and interactions with residents.

A detailed job description will be discussed during the interview. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We value initiative, attitude, and the drive to accomplish tasks, as we are equipped to provide training.
