Current Opportunity:
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will play a vital role in assisting skilled electricians and fellow apprentices. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Gathering tools and materials for work sites.
  • Measuring, cutting, and bending electrical wire and conduit.
  • Drilling openings for wiring and facilitating the installation of electrical systems.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting short circuits in wiring.
  • Assisting in the lifting, positioning, and securing of electrical components.
  • Conducting minor repairs, including replacing fuses, light sockets, bulbs, and switches.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring supplies are organized.
  • Disassembling faulty electrical equipment, replacing worn parts, and reassembling as needed.
  • Cleaning the work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Performing additional routine tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are necessary:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic hand tools for electricians.
  • Ability to work with hands and manage multiple tasks.
  • Some foundational electrical knowledge is advantageous.
  • A valid state motor vehicle operator's license with a clean driving record.
  • Applicable state certification.
