This premier fabricator and installer of natural and engineered stone countertops offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CNC machines to craft custom stone countertops with precision and accuracy.
  • Set up and maintain machines for optimal performance, ensuring efficient production and high-quality results.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure production sheets and templates match before cuts, guaranteeing seamless fabrication and installation.
  • Assist the Production Manager in preparing to lead shifts and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Top candidates will also possess knowledge of templating, fabrication, and installation, enabling them to excel in this role.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience operating Breton CNC machines or similar equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience in templating (digital and wooden stick) and stone installation (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $70,000-$85,000 base salary, with opportunities for performance bonuses (10%+ of salary).
  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K match, and profit sharing.
  • Relocation fee available for top talent candidates.
