Executive Chef Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As an integral part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to oversee the preparation and serving of meals in a timely manner, maintaining accurate equipment logs, and reporting any issues promptly.

• Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to OSHA/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• At least one year of job-related experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment
• Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, ServSafe Manager Certificate, Local Health Department Food Handler Card
