Job Summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, and common spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recycle bins, and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by management to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
