**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform advanced process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Plan and execute capital projects to improve facility efficiency and productivity
  • Provide support in plant initiatives such as designing, installing, and commissioning new processing technologies
  • Ensure adherence to company quality and food safety policies and promote a safety culture throughout plant operations

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Operations Engineer, Plant Engineer, or in a related occupation
  • 5 years of progressive experience with process/project engineering, including packaging, batch processing, regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting in manufacturing or edible oils refining environment
  • 1 year of experience with refining, bleaching, deodorization, and dry condensing processes, and conducting process optimization assessments to prevent potential production downtime
