Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate recording of transactions in compliance with GAAP and Company policy.
  • Reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts to source data and systems, resolving any identified issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Accounting Policy and GAAP, and accuracy of accounting transactions.
  • Implement process changes and best practices for general ledger reporting.
  • Manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, decision-ready information.
  • Preparation of work papers and journal entries in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide detailed analysis of consolidated income statement, segment, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in preparing Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports.
  • Coordinate schedules to support external audit requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent area.
  • 3-6 years of Accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, corporate accounting policies, procedures, and SOX.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management and Human Resources.
  • CPA strongly preferred; Big Four experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a similar role for a public company is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, technical skills in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, and Adobe Professional.
  • Paperless environment experience is a plus.
  • Workday GL experience is a plus.
  • Confidence, energy, and personality to thrive in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and business units.
