Senior Clinical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical teams, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to industry standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, promoting positive outcomes and growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Stay current with industry best practices, research, and emerging trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in addiction treatment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Certifications such as CADAC/NADAC or LPC/LMFT are preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceeding expectations.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• A valid California driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
