WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
COMPENSATION
Hourly Wage: $26 - $30

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to incoming calls and welcome customers, managing multiple inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
- Guide customers in selecting products by engaging in active listening and asking relevant questions.
- Assist with troubleshooting systems or products and provide technical support.
- Identify alternative products to fulfill customer requirements.
- Utilize various resources, including POS systems and catalogs, to research and source products for customers.
- Process sales orders through the POS system for invoicing or cash transactions.
- Handle customer returns and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
- Follow up on customer inquiries regarding information, quotes, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding any potential delays or issues with their orders.
- Build strong relationships with customers, recognizing regular clients by name.
- Ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized through diligent stocking and display management.
- Address customer complaints and disputes promptly and professionally, balancing customer satisfaction with business needs.
- Adhere to company pricing and credit policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
