WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION

Hourly Wage: $26 - $30

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to incoming calls and welcome customers, managing multiple inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
  • Guide customers in selecting products by engaging in active listening and asking relevant questions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting systems or products and provide technical support.
  • Identify alternative products to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Utilize various resources, including POS systems and catalogs, to research and source products for customers.
  • Process sales orders through the POS system for invoicing or cash transactions.
  • Handle customer returns and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries regarding information, quotes, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding any potential delays or issues with their orders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, recognizing regular clients by name.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized through diligent stocking and display management.
  • Address customer complaints and disputes promptly and professionally, balancing customer satisfaction with business needs.
  • Adhere to company pricing and credit policies.
