Job Title:

Job Summary:

  • The incumbent will teach Chemistry laboratory courses, serve as co-academic advisor, and faculty mentor for the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Chemistry laboratory courses.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to students.
  • Develop and maintain an environment conducive to excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
  • Prepare and formulate curricula focused on Chemistry subjects.
  • Serve as co-academic advisor for the Chemistry programs.
  • Provide academic support to other faculty members.
  • Maintain the Chemistry labs, including monitoring and enforcing chemical safety and waste disposal.
  • Serve as Inventory liaison and maintain departmental Inventory records.
  • Maintain and serve the equipment and instruments in the department.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • 1 year laboratory experience.
