Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in case management or a related field
  • Advanced license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or NCC/LSW certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
