Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mowing Crew Leader to join our team at ProScape Lawn Landscape Services. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of mowing and landscaping professionals to deliver exceptional results to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mowing and landscaping professionals to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement daily routes and schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lawn care or landscaping, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage budgets and resources.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
