Join Our Team as a Full-Time Paramedic
We are seeking dedicated Paramedics who are committed to delivering exceptional medical services and both basic and advanced patient care with professionalism and empathy. Paramedics are responsible for evaluating each emergency situation and determining the most effective response and treatment protocols. Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ medical tools and techniques such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen delivery systems, intravenous fluids, CPR, and other necessary medications to provide comprehensive medical assistance.
  • Operate the ambulance efficiently while utilizing navigation skills to ensure prompt response times.
  • Maintain all required certifications and training.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to accurately receive and interpret call information and feedback from patients.
  • Ensure the ambulance is in optimal condition, keeping it clean and well-stocked for emergency responses.
  • Thoroughly document patient care activities and billing information to maintain accurate records for each incident.
  • Adhere to policies regarding response times and turnaround protocols.
  • Assess patient conditions and insurance preferences when selecting transport destinations.
  • Be prepared to extend work hours with minimal notice as needed.
  • Work cooperatively and professionally with other healthcare and public safety personnel.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must successfully complete a Physical Agility Test.
  • The role requires good physical stamina, endurance, and a body condition suitable for frequent walking, standing, lifting, carrying, and balancing.
  • Ability to lift, drag, hoist, and transport various types of equipment and objects.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); advanced education is preferred.
  • Valid state Paramedic License.
  • Current State Driver's License.
  • Certification in BCLS, ACLS, PALS or PEPP, BTLS or PHTLS Provider (as applicable).
  • Driving record must comply with AMR Safety and Driving policies.
