Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Nursing Instructor to join our team at Marion Technical College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching nursing courses, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent student support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach nursing courses using applied learning methods and maintain accurate records of student performance.
  • Respond to student inquiries and maintain confidentiality in accordance with College and FERPA policies.
  • Work with other faculty and administration to carry out instructional procedures and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Maintain user proficiency in software programs and systems used by the College.
  • Ability to teach lecture and laboratory courses and operate laboratory equipment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; master's degree preferred. Unencumbered Registered Nurse license through the State of Ohio required. Excellent English, communication, and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer and related technology skills required.
