As the on-site manager, you will oversee a dedicated group of care managers and social workers focused on our Women’s and Children’s services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatrics.

Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who are Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) with experience in acute hospital settings.

This position offers a standard Monday to Friday schedule during regular business hours, along with an on-call rotation approximately every five weeks.

Incentives:
This role qualifies for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $10,000 commitment incentive.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations for the Clinical Care Management Department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to Case Managers, Utilization Managers, Clinical Social Workers, and support staff.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Fiscal Oversight: Monitor and manage the team’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve departmental goals, utilizing data to drive improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Must possess one of the following degrees: MSW, MSN, MHA, MBA, or MHI.
  • Licensure as RN, LCSW, or LCSWA is required.
  • A minimum of five years in care management or related fields, with at least two years in a leadership role, is essential. Pediatric experience is highly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and operational standards.
