Imax Theater Associate

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Imax Movie Theater Attendant to join our team at Jordans Furniture. As a key member of our J-Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience in our state-of-the-art theaters.

• Greet and assist guests with a smile, answering questions and providing information about film content, ratings, and show times.
• Sell tickets and utilize ticketing equipment with ease and efficiency.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Serve food and drinks to our guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collect tickets and distribute 3D glasses, maintaining a clean and organized concession stand and theater area.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to apply a high level of courtesy and professionalism to all guests in person and over the phone.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak in front of a large audience and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
