Job Overview

Position Summary: As a Warehouse Product Selector, you will be responsible for independently selecting full-case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable items from designated warehouse slots using a pallet jack or similar equipment. Your tasks will involve utilizing order sheets or an audio headset to accurately pick items, arranging them on pallets, securing them with plastic wrap, and transporting them to the shipping dock for delivery. Safety is our utmost priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols.

Compensation: Starting pay is $25.50 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $28.00 per hour.

Shift Details: 3rd shift commencing at 1 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Location: Troutdale, Oregon.

About C&S Sundial Logistics: Our new distribution center is conveniently located near major highways and is situated in a professional industrial area with ample parking. We pride ourselves on our diverse workforce and commitment to inclusivity, with translators available as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precision in work and compliance with production and safety standards.
  • Utilize necessary picking technology (e.g., voice, scanner) to select products.
  • Operate a double walkie-rider or pallet jack to retrieve cases from storage and label them appropriately.
  • Transport pallets to the shipping dock for delivery to retail locations.
  • Employ proper wrapping techniques to safeguard products and report any discrepancies in case quantities.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area and complete equipment inspections.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Work Environment:

  • Freezer Warehouse: Temperatures ranging from -20°F to 0°F.
  • Perishable Warehouse: Temperatures between 28°F and 60°F.
  • Grocery Warehouse: Temperatures from 50°F to 90°F.
