Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Restaurant Staff: Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they are meeting customer service standards and operating efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 consecutive months of experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to perform and understand basic math concepts, ability to work well with diverse groups of people, proven analytical skills, and good organization and planning skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant, ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.

Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Team Lead will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting.
