Job Description

Cogent Infotech Corporation is seeking a Multi-Trade Tradesperson to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to ensure the upkeep and repair of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform skilled maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment, including assembling, installing, and/or repairing pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of vacant housing units for occupancy by cleaning and making necessary repairs.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them using repair manuals and parts catalogs.

Estimated Annual Salary: $62,000 - $72,000.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-trade trades or a related field.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
