Senior Litigation Counsel

Garcia Legal Search, LLC is a boutique law firm in the D.C. metro area seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Counsel to join their established legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience and a strong track record of successful case management.

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, ensuring effective communication with clients.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies, identifying key issues and potential outcomes.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster team success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Maryland; admission to D.C. and Virginia is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on civil matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and concision.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Portable business is required for senior attorneys.

• $250,000 - $350,000 per year salary, depending on experience.
