Position Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated full-time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associates for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products to ensure they meet order specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment in accordance with customer orders.
- Receive and organize products for storage within the warehouse.
- Maintain proper storage protocols for all materials.
- Efficiently load and unload trucks with products and materials.
- Package items appropriately for shipping, whether via freight or small parcel.
- Operate forklifts as needed.
Work Schedule: The shipping and receiving facility operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
Additional Opportunities: Potential for bonuses based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Prior experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, lift, kneel, and use hands for extended periods.
- Must possess reading and writing skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Safety-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
