Salary and BenefitsThe rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate's work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies. The hourly rate is $23.00 - $38.00.
Job Description- Safely operate all dialysis-related equipment according to proper procedures.
- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients, perform all technical aspects of dialysis procedures as prescribed, and administer and monitor treatments in accordance with current treatment plans or as directed by supervisors.
- Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on dialysis flow sheets, document other information related to patient care in individual patient records, and report any significant information, change in patient condition, or equipment problems to supervisors.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN).
- Current appropriate State licensure.
- One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred, hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.
- Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis, CPR Certification, and the Nurses Technical Training Program upon hire or soon thereafter.
