The Phlebotomist 1 position at Carter BloodCare is a vital role in the procurement of safe quality blood products. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth and efficient flow of donors through the donation process
- Determine donor eligibility and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
- Perform sterile venipuncture and collect blood products
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and other stakeholders
- Ensure regular attendance during operational hours
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
