Job Summary

As a key member of our production team, the Warehouse Loader and Unloader plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load and unload vehicles, as well as move ingredients around the warehouse.
  • Ensure all products are properly coded and labeled for accurate tracking and inventory management.
  • Assist in pulling orders and warehouse placement of stock to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent losses.
  • Complete all required logs, shipping and receiving paperwork, and perform monthly inventory tasks without assistance.
  • Assist in setting up ingredients or loading blending platforms as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including filling in for the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts and load move systems.
Work Environment

The Warehouse Loader and Unloader will work in a fast-paced production area, exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles, and machinery.
