Job Summary

As an Electrical Technician Assistant, you will assist experienced Electrical Technicians in the installation and maintenance of electrical and power systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work safely in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Electrical Technicians in the installation and maintenance of electrical and power systems
- Cut and bend rigid conduit as needed
- Install conduit and conduit bodies, as well as mount electrical panels
- Install lighting, electrical outlets, and circuit breakers
- Use tools such as conduit benders, screwdrivers, pliers, knives, hacksaws, and wire strippers

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of electrical experience (preferred)
- Provide personal basic tools to perform job tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Vocational or Technical certification (preferred)
- Able to maintain regular, full attendance and work overtime as needed
- Able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without posing a direct threat to the safety of self or others
- Able to pass a physical, drug, and background check
- Able to work in an industrial shop or field environment and withstand exposure to dust, grease/oil, noise, and seasonal weather elements

Work Schedule

- Monday - Friday
- Some weekends may be necessary
- Some overtime may be necessary
- $18 - $22 depending on experience
