Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ER RN to fill this role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our medical staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an ER RN in a hospital setting
- Current licensure and certification as an ER RN in the state of Idaho
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
