Job Title: SI Assembler

We are seeking an experienced SI Assembler to join our team at Griffin. As an SI Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling military cable and wire harness assemblies with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble military cable and wire harness assemblies with a minimum of 6 months experience in the field.
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrate good component recognition skills and understanding of basic computer skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and high attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and participate in a continuous improvement activity.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform unpacking and teardown activities.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in assembling military cable and wire harness assemblies is highly preferred.
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification is a plus.
