Nurse Practitioner

This MDS Nurse position is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
As an MDS Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations, and developing and implementing effective care plans. You will also lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of residents

Requirements:
- Graduate from a National League of Nursing (NLN) or American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) accredited nursing program
- Minimum of one-year experience working as a licensed nurse with the senior population
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
Salary Range: $35.00 - $51.00 per hour
Estimated Annual Salary: $73,500 - $106,000
