Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Construction Manager to oversee and manage prestigious construction projects, including luxury resorts, high-rise buildings, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a thorough understanding of interior construction and design processes, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinating construction timelines and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
  • Supervise onsite teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
  • Review and validate project plans and specifications, identifying potential design or construction challenges.
  • Oversee interior construction activities, including drywall installation, painting, flooring, and fixture setup.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and organized job site.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct quality control assessments, ensuring all work meets or exceeds project specifications.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, controlling expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Resolve project-related issues or disputes, ensuring client satisfaction with the completed work.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a comparable role within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-rise, resort, and commercial construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
  • Strong understanding of interior design and construction principles.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with construction health and safety regulations.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
