Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop analytical agendas and drive cross-functional workstreams.
  • Apply innovative analytics methodologies to accelerate business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business decision-making.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver analytics training programs and expand best practices for analytics product design.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data & analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business questions into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data management and analytics scripts in Python and SQL.
  • Ability to develop production-ready analytical tools in Power BI.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Databricks or similar Apache Spark-based tools.
  • Comfort using git and workflow management tools.
  • Background in statistical modeling or machine learning.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
