Job Summary

As a Make-Ready specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high level of quality customer service and professionalism while ensuring that all company maintenance policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare rent-ready apartment units during the turnover process
  2. Assist with troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of the community and apartment units, including plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall
  3. Ensure quality control checks of all final products
  4. Walk the community on a regular basis to ensure the community's appearance meets or exceeds company standards
  5. Assist in completing service orders in an efficient and timely manner
  6. Address all emergency service requests in a timely fashion
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year residential maintenance or related experience
  • 1+ year of experience in multifamily property management highly preferred
  • HVAC/EPA Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license
