• Lead and manage client project initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client departments, providing hands-on support throughout the engineering lifecycle of innovative equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Foster understanding and commitment to decisions through collaboration and effective presentation skills.
• Create technical documentation, including SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
• Mentor and train internal team members on assigned responsibilities, industry best practices, and project-related technical skills.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and manage team member performance proactively.
• Develop team members to support project succession plans as identified by leadership.
• Contribute to our Patient Focused and People First mission by ensuring access to philanthropic and professional development opportunities.

• Build and maintain professional networks.
• Identify and escalate client needs along with proposed support plans.
• Recognize opportunities to expand services for client support.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Project Engineering, Consulting, or a relevant industry.

Other Requirements:
Full Covid vaccination is required prior to the start date, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.
Full-time on-site client presence is necessary, with a willingness to travel up to 100% as required to support project and business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, an aggressive bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, a 401k plan with company match, paid time off, and company-paid maternity and parental leave.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $74,000-$107,000 USD, considering various factors such as skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
